Processing & Dispatch

Standard Processing: Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, pending credit card authorization.

Order Cut-off: 12:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday. In-stock orders placed before cut-off will ship the same day. Public holidays may affect schedules.

Shipment Terms & Risk

All shipments are EXW (Ex-Works) from TongLi Technology’s facility. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the Customer, at which point title and risk of loss pass to the Customer.

Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or equivalent global logistics partners. Carrier selection is determined by TongLi Technology unless otherwise specified.

Insurance & Signature Security

All orders shipped on our account include insurance covering the cost of goods. For enhanced security, Signature on Delivery is required for orders of $2,500 and above at no additional charge.

Notice: By waiving the signature requirement (available for orders under $2,500), the Customer acknowledges that TongLi Technology is not liable for loss or damage during transit.

Flexible Delivery & Installments

Rescheduling: Delivery deferrals up to 30 days are subject to approval and a 3% monthly storage fee.
Installments: Partial shipments may be made. Delays in one installment do not justify cancellation of subsequent deliveries.
Estimates: All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
