Welcome to our website. By accessing or using tonglispring.com or purchasing products or services from Guangdong Yehui Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yehui”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using our website.
Tampering with the site, misrepresenting identity, using unauthorized purchasing agents, or engaging in fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.
By using this site or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Acceptance & Cancellation of Orders
All orders are subject to written acceptance by Guangdong Yehui Technology Co., Ltd. Acknowledgment of receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance.
Orders accepted by Yehui may be cancelled by the customer only with written approval, and cancellations are not allowed for:
- NCNR products (Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable)
- Custom-made or non-standard products
- Products covered by a signed purchase agreement
NCNR products remain covered by applicable warranty, but cannot be canceled or returned.
For cancelled orders (except NCNR), reasonable cancellation or restocking fees may apply to cover expenses or commitments already made.
Requests to reschedule deliveries are subject to Yehui’s discretion. Once an order has been submitted to the shipment carrier, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
We reserve the right to allocate inventory and limit quantities at our discretion. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.
If an order error occurs, we reserve the right to correct errors or revoke offers even after an order is submitted. If your payment has been processed and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund accordingly (bank processing times vary).

1a. Returns
Customers must notify us of any defective product within one year from shipment date.
If Yehui approves a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We do not accept COD shipments.
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before sending back any product.
1b. Counterfeit Product Prevention
Only products originally shipped from Yehui or from authorized suppliers may be returned. All others will be quarantined or returned.
Returned items must be in original or equivalent packaging. ESD-sensitive products must be handled properly.
2. Pricing
Orders are billed in USD (or other agreed currency) at the price effective on the shipment date.
Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation; if unspecified, validity is two weeks.
Prices may increase due to rising costs or circumstances beyond our control.
If the customer does not purchase the agreed quantity for discounted pricing, the price may revert to standard rates. Restocking fee is 20% of the order value.
Prices do not include taxes, customs duties, broker fees, wire fees, shipping charges, certification fees, etc.
3. Terms of Payment
All payments must be made in the agreed currency. Accepted methods include major credit cards, T/T bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
Customers are responsible for duties and taxes.
We reserve the right to modify credit terms, request deposits, or require advance payment before shipment.
If payment issues arise, we may suspend or cancel current or pending shipments.
Invoices not paid on time will incur interest at 1.5% per month. The customer is responsible for collection costs and reasonable attorney fees.
4. Sales Tax
Where applicable by law, the customer is responsible for sales tax, VAT, customs duties, and other government charges.
Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate.
5. Delivery & Title
Shipments are EXW (Ex-Works) from our facility unless otherwise agreed. Customers bear the transportation cost, risk of loss, and title after goods are handed over to the carrier.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Yehui is not liable for delays.
We reserve the right to ship orders in partial deliveries.
Special shipping requests should be communicated through customer service.
6. Limited Warranty
Guangdong Yehui Technology Co., Ltd. provides a one-year warranty from the shipment date unless otherwise specified.
Our liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the product at our discretion.
We do not cover:
- Consequential damages
- Third-party injuries or damages
- Misuse, mishandling, ESD damage, accidents, or product modifications
- Damages from improper packaging during return
- Broken glass, scratches, or mechanical damages
Returned products must include clear descriptions of the defect.
7. How We Protect Your Data
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to:
- Using standard security protocols such as HTTPS during data transmission.
- Limiting internal access to personal information to authorized personnel only.
- Regularly reviewing system security to prevent unauthorized data access.
Although we make every effort to safeguard your information, please note that no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that your data will never be accessed by unauthorized third parties.

Where permitted by applicable laws, you have the following rights:
